Fill out the form below to obtain your Common Law Court Card.
You should already have the following:
- Birth Certificate number, BC.
- Fictitious Name number FN.
TAKE BACK CONTROL – ORDER YOUR CLC CARD
The Common Law Court now offers the opportunity to purchase your own CLC Card. This card confirms that you have recorded your birth with the Common Law Court and that you have acquired ownership of your legal fiction.
CLC Cards are available for Great Britain and Internationally. Each will have a passport photo, the flag for the country where you were born and the information that you have recorded with the Common Law Court.
To order your CLC Card, please complete the form below then go to the shop to purchase. The cost for a card is £30.00 inclusive of postage.
NOTICE. If you can't see this form, you are not logged into your CLC account. To view and complete this form you must create an account by recording your Birth Certificate to obtain a 'BC' number.
Once you have submitted the CLC CARD form, you must ‘ADD TO CART’ to purchase for £30.00
If you do not purchase, your CLC CARD form entry will be deleted.
