Welcome to the Cruinn Community

Birth of a Community
Land for the Living

The truth is that throughout everyday life, people everywhere use and rely on Common Law to live and work together. It is simply the inherent way that people conduct their affairs together.

Liken it to the roots that bind together communities by unconditionally upholding the life, dignity and well-being of every man, woman, and child. These roots are especially necessary and foundational in the face of powers that seek to subvert such natural freedom.

To extend our everyday reign of Common Law into all areas of life means to challenge the arbitrary rule. But the very fact that it is the Law of we, the vast majority of humanity, means that it only needs to be consistently practiced by enough of us to make a difference. United we stand, divided we fall.

To become a living man or living woman in the Cruinn Community, you must have declared your birth with the Common Law Court, confirmed “living” status, and obtained ownership of your ‘Fictitious Name’ with the Common Law Court Great Britain & International.

Cruinn House

In the year of 2022, a growing number of men and women, living under the authority and jurisdiction of the International Common Law Court (CLC), forming a constituent assembly have expressed their wish, with a determined and an ardent will to position themselves as sovereign beings, with a view to constituting a nascent community, with all the inherent attributes.

We the living men and living women created a lawful charter to establish founding principles for the Cruinn Community. This ‘Charter’ will ensure the well-being of all living men and living women and provide a Common Law justice system, free from statutory authorities. The Cruinn Community have trained living men and living women as Common Law Court Constables (“CLCC”) to maintain and enforce Common Law Courts decisions, and created alternative education, healthcare, media, and our own currency – ‘the Cruinn’. The Common Law Court Embassy is in Scotland, just north of Edinburgh.

The Cruinn Community have created Principles and Orders of which one should live by. You can find these on the site by viewing the Cruinn Community Lawful Charter.

The Declaration of Our Community was recorded into the Common Law Court ‘Book of Deeds’ on the 21st November 2022 for preservation.
