Ryan Russell (acting as a solicitor and partner in Dundee, Scotland) has been complicit in committing various crimes against the people and has unlawfully targeted Ms Kendra Mann.

Ryan Russell is unlawfully targeting a PERSON that was lawfully owned by John Smith (a living man).

Ryan did not have authority, jurisdiction or a lawful contract to do so, and in proceeding with this issue he trying to bind a living woman into slavery.

No proof was given to identify who the parties were in the case and no proof was given to confirm a valid claim.

John Smith stands as a living man who has obtained ownership of a legal person (Ms Kendra Mann).

John also stands as a living man, a CLC Diplomat, a CLC Commissioner and a Cruinn Community Member (a private members community) and stands under its authority and jurisdiction.

When Ryan was notified about the lawfully obtained Common Law Court Order, he refused to accept it, referring to it as nonsense.

What Ryan did not do was to back up his statement with a legal authority to confirm his position. Ryan did however issue the following threats to enforce the unlawfully obtained statutory order:

1. We will now begin enforcement action against you personally and will be instructing Sheriff Officers to attend your home without further delay to start the process. This can include sequestrating you, arresting bank accounts, inhibiting property and assets owned by you and removing belongings to the vale of the sums owed.
2. You will also be liable for all expenses of us enforcing the Judgment.
3. You will also be aware we have a hearing coming up whereby we are seeking all legal costs against you separately.
4. You should contact us immediately with your proposals for payment, otherwise we will commence the process without any further warning.
5. The press have also been in touch with us following up the story and if you do not pay we believe they will print another story about you and your failure to pay given the significant press interest the case attracted.

To assist with the enforcement of the International Common Law Court Order, a formal request was made to Ryan in his official capacity for the Insurance details for the guilty employee (Jay Lawson) and the MML Law Partners, as they are complicit in this crime. Despite a lawful requirement to provide these details, Ryan responded as follows: ‘You are getting no details of anything to do with MML Law at any point in time let me make that clear.’ 

What should be mentioned at this stage is that the obtained International Common Law Court order has been accepted as a legally binding court order. The court order, the finding of guilt and the issued judgment for the payment of damages has been accepted by a UK Insolvency Practitioner. This Practitioner is now enforcing the collection of this claim.
