Product Replacement Policy
1. Introduction
At Common Law Court, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. This
Product Replacement Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for replacing products. Please be advised, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED
2. Eligibility for Replacement
Customers are eligible for product replacement under the following conditions:
If the wrong product was shipped, we will send a replacement.

Customers must report a replacement request within 5 days of receiving the product. To request a replacement,

When reporting a replacement request, customers must provide the following information:
Order number
Product name and description
Description of the issue or reason for replacement
Photographs of the defective product (if applicable)
5. Evaluation of Replacement Requests
Once a replacement request is received, we will evaluate the request based on the provided information. In some
cases, customers may be required to return the damaged or defective product before a replacement is issued.
6. Replacement Process
If the replacement request is approved, the customer will be provided with a replacement product at no additional
cost. The replacement product will be shipped within 10 working days.
7. Return of Damaged or Defective Products
In some cases, customers may be required to return the damaged or defective product. Return shipping costs will
not be covered by Common Law Court. Instructions for the return process will be provided upon approval of the
replacement request.
8. Exceptions
This policy does not cover replacements for products damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or
unauthorized use.
