Stefan Studenroth while acting in his official capacity has been found guilty of committing the following crimes:

1. Failed to identify the parties in relation to a dispute.
2. Failed to provide their proof of a valid claim.
3. Failed to provide proof of their authority.
4. Failed to confirm that they were registered corporations.
5. Failed to confirm that the dispute was a contractual one.
6. Failed to produce a copy of the signed contract.
7. Refused to accept the position of living men and women.
8. Refused to accept the standing of members within the Cruinn Community.
9. Failed to comply with common law rights.
10. Failed to comply with statutory legislation.
11. Has used intimidation and threats against the people.
12. The enforcement of unlawful statutory legislation against living men and women.
13. The use of Fraud against the people.
14. The use of slavery against the people. 
15. The refusal to accept the authority of the people.
16. He has failed to comply with statutory legislation (e.g. the United Nations Universal Declaration on Human Rights 1948 etc).
