- Has used intimidation and threats against the people.
- The enforcement of unlawful statutory legislation against living men and women.
- The use of Fraud against the people.
- The use of slavery against the people.
- The refusal to accept the authority of the people.
- He has failed to comply with statutory legislation (e.g. the United Nations Universal Declaration on Human Rights 1948 etc).
