Michael Woods while acting in his official capacity as Police Constable PC 3314 for Lancashire Constabulary did not help a law abiding man, but instead ‘aided and abetted’ Daniel Christopher Burton while he was acting in his official capacity as Police Constable PC 4546 for Lancashire Constabulary who:
- Stole private property valued at £5200 on 15 September 2022;
- Accessed personal private date without consent;
- Lied about the registration plate attached to the property;
- Ignored the fact the private property was not listed on DVLA;
- Attached a fake registration number to the private property;
- Refused to accept lawfully issued identification plates (green with white text);
- Refused to accept a lawfully issued third party indemnity bond;
- Failed to provide their proof of a valid claim;
- Failed to provide proof of their authority;
- Refused to allow a challenge to their authority and jurisdiction;
- Refused to address the issue of a conflict of laws;
- Failed to disclose they were a registered corporation;
- Refused to accept the position of a living man;
- Failed to accept Common Law Court deeds and documents;
- Refused to accept the standing of members within the Cruinn Community;
- Refused to accept the position and standing of a Common Law Court Diplomat;
- Failed to comply with inalienable rights given at birth;
- Failed to comply with common law rights;
- Used intimidation and threats to gain a monetary advantage;
- Attached a legal entity/fiction to a living man without consent;
- Forced slavery on a living man;
- Refused to accept the authority of the people; and
- Failed to comply with their own statutory legislation including United Nations Universal Declaration on Human Rights 1948.
