Common Law Court Documents Legal Acceptance
WARNING
It should be noted that it is a criminal offence to produce any court document if it is not genuine. The Common Law Court has been operating since June 2017 and has established the lawful and legal right to do so.
All documentation issued by the Common Law Court is both lawfully issued and legally acceptable. Any attempt to hinder or restrict the passport holder from travelling, or any attempt to confiscate their passport, is a criminal offence.
Any individual attempting to prevent travel or confiscate a Common Law Court passport will be held liable for damages in their personal and private capacity.
In the event that such an attempt is made, the individual concerned will be required to confirm their name, employment position, will also have to provide ID and their employers details.
To assist statutory authorities and border controls, we write to confirm that not only is Common Law Court documentation, deeds, summons and court orders lawful, but that they are legally accepted by statutory authorities.
For clarification, the following statutory authorities, persons and companies, listed below, have all been served with Common Law Court documentation and all have been legally accepted.
