Marco Buschmann

While acting in the Federal Minister for Justice in Gottingen, Germany, Marco Buschmann has been founfd guilty of commintting the following crimes:

1. He has failed to identify the parties in relation to a dispute.

2. He has failed to provide proof for a valid claim.

3. He has failed to provide proof of his authority.

4. He has refused to confirm that he was dealing with commercial companies.

5. Failed to confirm that the dispute was a contractual one.

6. He has failed to produce a copy of a signed contract to confirm his stance.

7. He has refused to accept the position of a living man or living woman.

8. He is refusing to accept the position of members within the Cruinn Community.

9. He has failed to comply with common law rights.

10. He has failed to comply with statutory legislation.

11. He is guilty of using threats and intimidation to establish his position.

12. He is guilty of using unlawful enforcement of statutory legislation against living men and women.

13. He is guilty of committing fraud against the people.

14. He is guilty of binding the people into slavery.

15. He is guilty of accepting the authority of the people.

16. He is guilty of failing to comply with statutory legislation (e.g. the United Nations Universal Declaration on Human Rights 1948 etc.).
