Alexander Kemp (acting as an Employment Judges in Dundee, Scotland) has been found guilty of committing various crimes against the people and has unlawfully targeted Ms Kendra Mann.

Alexander Kemp has unlawfully prosecuted a PERSON that was lawfully owned by John Smith (a living man), in doing so he tried to steal this PERSON and attach it to a living woman.

Alexander Kemp did not have authority, jurisdiction or a lawful contract to do so, and in proceeding with this case he has breeched not only common law but also statutory legislation.

A lawful challenge was required before proceeding with this issue but was refused. An adjournment was also required because the dispute concerned two separate jurisdictions so there was a conflict of laws, but this was also refused.

Despite the requirement to do so, no proof was given to identify who the parties were in the dispute, and no proof was given to confirm a valid claim.

John Smith stands as a living man who has obtained ownership of a legal person (Ms Kendra Mann).

John also stands as a living man, a CLC Diplomat, a CLC Commissioner and a Cruinn Community Member (a private members community) and stands under its authority and jurisdiction.

When a decision was issued, John Smith was given the option to challenge it, A Kemp upheld his decision.

A Kemp then confirmed that John Smith could appeal this decision, which he did.

The Appeal Court confirmed that they could not accept the appeal from him unless he was the name Defendant or he had permission of the named Defendant to so. The named Defendant was Ms Kendra Mann.

When John confirmed that he owned the person (Ms Kendra Mann) the issue was delayed until the paperwork was sent to a judge for advice, one month later they came back and confirmed that the appeal from John Smith had been accepted. This confirms that John Smith’s position of Owner of the Person was accepted, he was then informed that the papers were then passed to a judge in England to deal with.

During the waiting time for the Appeal, John had obtained a Common Law Court Order against the parties, this has now been served.
