On 01 July 2025, one hundred (100) living men and living women of the Cruinn Community affirmed and signed the We the People Affidavit of Truth and Lawful Notice.

This Affidavit was made under full personal liability and penalty of perjury. It stands as a lawful declaration of our natural rights, sovereignty, and lawful standing under Divine Law, Natural Law, and Common Law.

The Affidavit establishes that:

• We are living men and living women, not corporate fictions or statutory entities.

• We stand under the supreme jurisdiction of natural and divine law, not man-made systems that conflict with it.

• The statutory system of governance and courts is structurally corrupt, fraudulent, and in breach of natural justice.

• The imposition of legal personhood constitutes a form of modern slavery and crimes against humanity.

• All governments, corporations, and institutions are hereby placed on lawful notice and may be held fully accountable under natural and common law.

This lawful testimony has been served to world leaders, senior legal officers, and international authorities. Having received no rebuttal, it now stands as a fact in law.
