LAWFUL NOTICE

This will acknowledge that the Common Law Court on the 20^th January 2024 has sworn in enforcement men and women for the CLC Peace Service and that these individuals are acting under its jurisdiction and protection.

These men, women and their agents have been authorised to lawfully enforce the orders of our Court.

The CLC Peace Service are protected by and stand under Common Law and are empowered to lawfully enforce all Orders granted by the Common Law Court.

Let it be known that any attempt to interfere with, halt or subvert the enforcement actions of the CLC Peace Service will be considered not only a criminal assault on them, but an attack on the dignity and lawful operations of our Court and will constitute an obstruction of justice and criminal harassment under the law.

This NOTICE is issued and authorised through the Court Secretary on the 20^th day of January 2024, in Dundee, Scotland.
