Theresa Stirling v Bob Andrews

Convened as a lawfully recognised Common Law Court on the 10th September 2017, the Scottish Common Law Court named and indicted the following Respondent for crimes ranging from, a willful neglect of duty, malfeasance, a failure in the duty of care owed to the Pursuer’s, fraud and theft. ​ ​ Respondent: Bob Andrews (Chief Executive Officer) & Landmark Mortgages Limited ​ ​The Pursuer presented her Statement’s of Claim and additional documentation to the Court, to assist with her crave. The Pursuer requested an Interdict to halt further action being taken against her property (theft and sale), until such time as the existing commercial lien between the parties is concluded.​ ​ ​After an extensive presentation and examination, the jury returned the following verdict: ​​ In the case of Theresa Stirling v Bob Andrews & Landmark Mortgages Limited, the court granted the Interdict as requested.
