John Smith v Coral Hallett
Convened as a lawfully recognised Common Law Court on the 11th June 2017, the Scottish Common Law Court named and indicted the following Respondent for crimes ranging from a willful neglect of duty, malfeasance, a failure in the duty of care owed to the Pursuer, fraud and theft.
Respondent: Coral Hallett, Senior Manager for Carey Pensions UK The Pursuer presented his Statement of Claim to the Court and having established a perfected Commercial Lien, requested the following: 1.
That the Court confirm the commercial lien between the parties was perfected and 2.
That the Court issued a Decree for Payment, which would enable enforcement.
After an extensive presentation and examination, the jury returned the following verdicts: 1.
That the commercial lien presented was perfected, and accordingly 2.
The Court issued the accompanying decree to enable enforcement.
