The People (represented by John Smith) v Peter Mavromatis, Fiona Wildgoose & Sheenagh Adams

The recent Common Law Court which was convened on the 24th June 2018, returned GUILTY verdicts for ALL Defendants (listed below).

The Defendant’s were publicly charged by the People of Great Britain, with complicity in Crimes against the People of Great Britain and an ongoing Criminal Conspiracy. Defendants: Peter Mavromatis, The Asset Management Group Ltd, 13-21 High Street, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3DG ​ ​ Fiona Wildgoose, Aberdein Considine, 115 Victoria Street, Dyce, Aberdeen, AB21 7AX ​ ​ Sheenagh Adams (Former Keeper of the Register), c/o CAJR, Meadowbank House, 153 London Road, Edinburgh, EH6 7AU ​ Under Common Law, all men and women are held accountable for their own behaviour, in their personal and private capacities. ​ The jury confirmed that it is no longer acceptable for individuals to hide behind the statutory system.

If people are responsible for causing harm, loss or injury to others, they are guilty of crimes against the people.
