John Smith v Crawford J. Langley
Convened as a lawfully recognised Common Law Court on the 11th June 2017, the Scottish Common Law Court named and indicted the following Respondent for crimes ranging from, a willful neglect of duty, malfeasance, a failure in the duty of care owed to the Pursuer, fraud and theft.
Respondent: Crawford J.
Langley, Former Director of Legal and Democratic Service, Aberdeen City Council The Pursuer presented his Statement of Claim to the Court and having established a perfected Commercial Lien, requested the following:
1.That the Court confirm the commercial lien between the parties was perfected, and
2.That the Court issue a Decree for Payment, which would enable enforcement.
After an extensive presentation and examination, the jury returned the following verdicts:
1.That the commercial lien presented was perfected, and accordingly
2.The Court issued the appropriate decree to enable enforcement.
