Enforcement

Enforcement

On the 28th October 2018 a Common Law Court was convened at the Hindley Labour Club, 2 Romford Street, Wigan WN2 3RB, to deal with the fraudulent and unlawful theft of a property.

The following individuals were summoned to attend and were all found guilty at this court by a jury of their peers:

Richard Klemmer, CEO Engage Credit

Kirran Kayani, Employee Pepper UK

Isabel Clough, Solicitor, Aberdein Considine

Despite the issued court order, Richard Klemmer authorised the sale of the property concerned while ignoring the authority of the people and that of the Common Law Court.

In January 2019, as the above individuals had failed to comply with the CLC Court Order, the issue was passed on to CLC Enforcement to deal with. On the 19th January 2019, CLC Enforcement with the assistance of eight agents from thought England, recovered the property and returned it to it’s rightful owner. The locks which had been changed were removed and replaced and the shutters which had been put up were also removed.

As part of the action by CLC Enforcement, all relevant parties were notified about what had happened and the police were informed about the a crimes that had taken place (CUP-19-012290). Despite having prima facie evidence confirming these crimes the police (PC2013) refused to take it, this Constable refused to send someone out to deal with it, he refused to take a statement and then closed the case.

In the mean time, the mortgage company again with the assistance of the previous parties have returned to the statutory court, seeking to re-instate the previous order for possession which was illegal and unlawful.

HOW CORRUPT ARE THE STATUTORY COURTS?

WE AWAIT THEIR ANSWER.

Well done to the Common law courts for standing up to the statute courts and taking them on.I agree with your actions 100% and I admire your courage and doggedness.May Yahweh bless you abundantly. It’s similar to the David and Goliath story and you will win because you are fulfilling Divine law as stated in Isaiah 58:6 as you are seeking to “loose the band’s of wickedness,to undo the heavy burdens and let the oppressed go free, and that you break EVERY yoke”.And as Isaiah 54:17 declares:”No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall prove wrong. “This is the heritage of the servants of Yahweh and their righteousness is from me declares Yahweh. So I am committed to helping you with monthly payments and with my prayers.Yours faithfully Michael Smit (N.Z )

God Bless you all at CLC, for standing up for those that the law fails to protect, by correcting the system and removing the fraud, to enable everyone to have full disclosure and equal protection under the law.

I am yet another victim of the treacherous council seeking payment of council tax, my local council have now been demanding payment for so long that I have now received 3 magistrates summonses and am now being threatened with imprisonment or attachments to my Universal Credit benefit, I’m also in rent arrears and having to pay the arrears from my benefit which leaves me with nothing to buy food or to pay for gas for hot water, I’m having to try to survive by going to various soup kitchens but the money I have in the bank is going down by around £50 a month, I will be evicted, made homeless, I’ll lose my house and all my possessions if I don’t find work soon, HMRC have already taken money, £47 a month from my benefit as an attachment and are continuing to take it every month, I need help.

What do you think?
