Company Recording under common law, how does that work?

Under first principles of law, the Common Law Court is now offering the opportunity to record the company you own under common law. This can be done by recording the named individual, responsible for the company, who has already recorded their birth name and the ownership of their legal fiction.

This named individual, can also add the trading name of the company. The named individual will be the individual responsible for the company and the company will be listed as a trading entity with the common law court.

Gone are the days where the state enriches itself inappropriately on the backs of common law abiding individuals and where the state operates unlawfully, gone are the days where corporate crime will be ignored.

Some of the benefits of operating a company under common law are as follows:

  1. The people will understand that you are operating under common law principles, causing no harm, no loss, no injury and that you operate honourably in your contractual dealings. (This is an ethical marketing point)

  2. While the people understand that you operate lawfully, this will also confirm that you are not trading for fraudulent purposes and that you will not just close your company to set up a new one.

  3. Employees will understand that you will operate lawfully and will abide by common law principles.

  4. You can choose whether or not you wish to pay business taxes, PAYE, national insurance and business rates to the unaccountable state regime.

  5. You will be able to offer competitive and realistic pricing for your services.

Some of the disadvantages of operating under common law are as follows:

  1. You no longer have the false and inappropriate luxury of being able to operate fraudulently.

  2. You no longer have the false and inappropriate protection of the state for crimes that you commit.

  3. You will no longer be in the position where you can abuse your employees with the protection of the state.

Employees

Following the principles of common law, cause no harm, loss or injury and be honourable in your contractual dealings, we believe that this offers an improved structure in the workplace. Under the jurisdiction of the Common Law Court, statutory rules may no longer apply to your business. We believe that all responsible men and women will ensure that previous entitlements for employees would be upheld, even more so under common law.

Just because statutory rules may o longer apply does not mean that common law court recorded businesses c an pay below the minimum wage, etc, based on the understanding that your business will benefit if you choose not to pay tax for your employees and corporate tax on profits. 

By choosing to operate under common law, the working environment improves for you and your employees, based on mutual co-operation and effort, rather than you and them being part of the rat-race,  grudging going to work to support the unaccountable state before your own family.

The Common Law Court recording process, establishes and protects our inherent birth rights.

To record a company under common law court we require a monthly subscription of £50.00 for the Common Law Court, this subscription should be made after you complete your declaration, you will find this facility at the top of the homepage. When you have activated your entry and subscription, you will receive a company certificate and a CLC Company Card, which will confirm the named individual, the trading name for the company and the Company Number, there is no additional charge for these as they are covered in your monthly subscription.

All monthly subscriptions obtained through this process will be used to assist and protect the people, they will not be used to pay the state and all funds raised are returned to the people through Common Law Court projects.
